We’re so excited…… we just can’t hide it……. 

Beginning in June, we’ll be singing a happy tune!!!  The Treehouse family is expanding! Many of you have already met Dr. Wade Travis.  He has been helping us out during this past year, mostly on Saturdays.  Dr. Travis will be officially joining the practice as a full-time physician.  He will be accepting new patients and scheduling pre-natal visits with our parents-to-be.

Dr. Travis comes to us from Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood after serving 11 years in the U.S. Navy.  He has been the Assistant Chief of Pediatrics and a physician on staff.  He is Board Certified in Pediatrics, and received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1997.

Dr. Travis and his wife Janet, along with their 4 children reside in Georgetown.  In their spare time, the family is actively involved in the homeless outreach program “Mobile Loaves and Fishes” of Austin, foreign medical missions, church activities and the usual after school sports programs.  They love to have fun in the outdoors as a family and are frequently found mountain biking, hiking and camping.  Dr. Travis is excited to develop a long-lasting relationship with families in the Greater Austin Area.
